The personal data we collect about you depends on the particular activities carried out through our website when you visit it. Who we share your personal data with
We routinely share personal data with third party service providers to help us operate and manage our business and to provide our products and fulfill our contracts with you. For example we use Shopify to host our website, and to power our online store. We also use courier and delivery companies and IT specialists in the fulfilment of customer orders.
We or the third parties mentioned above may occasionally also need to share personal data with:
external auditors, eg in relation to the audit of our accounts, in which case the recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations

How long your personal data will be kept
We will not keep your personal data for longer than we need it for the purpose for which it is used. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal data.
If you no longer have an account with us or we stop supplying you products, we will delete or anonymise your account data after 6 years.

Automatic decision-making

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
