Our Pieces are made of laminated plexiglass. With quality, protection and minimal waste in mind, our Pieces are presented in our signature black box which is itself a gift box. It will arrive in a sealed postage box with bubble wrap for extra protection.
All of our Pieces can be cleaned with a micro-fibre cloth. Radiant Pieces and VIPIECES come with a special cleaning cloth. You can rub gently and/or use a little glass cleaner. Please make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the piece itself. Do not put the Piece in water, in a dishwasher or in direct heat.
Radiant Pieces can be free-standing or can be hung on the wall. If you would like to hang your piece, we recommend using double sided adhesive velcro strips by 3M.
For temporary messages, we recommend Edding 4085. This is a water-based liquid chalk marker which is opaque. It can be wiped off easily with a micro-fibre cloth. If you would like a more permanent message, we recommend a white Edding 780 pen. These are our recommendations based on testing.
We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include an invoice within your order, please indicate this at the cart when you place your order.

If your product is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and send them to hello@seenbysinead.com along with your order details. Please do not return any damaged items.
