HOW DO I CLEAN MY PIECE?
Radiant Pieces come wrapped in a special cleaning cloth to remove finger prints. You can rub gently with a micro-fibre cloth or use a little glass cleaner. Please make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the piece itself. Do not put the piece in water, in a dishwasher or in direct heat.
HOW CAN I ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PIECES?
All of pur pieces come with a card which is stamped and signed. Radiant Pieces are signed on the side.
WHERE CAN I SEE SEEN BY SINéAD PIECES ON DISPLAY?

THE PIECE I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT NEXT?
We update our colelctionrregularly. We produce our pieces in small quantities on demand. If your dream piece is sold out, we usually re supply in 2-3 weeks. If you need it more urgently, please get in touch with the studio, studio@seenbysinead.com as we may be able to offer an alternative.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
With quality, protection and minimal waste in mind, our pieces are presented in our signature black box which is itself a gift box. It will arrive in a sealed postage box with bubble wrap for extra protection. If you would prefer more embellishment, we can add a navy bow. Please indicate this on the product page if this is your preferred option.
I HAVE A SPECIAL EVENT AND WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A LARGER ORDER. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

I WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE COLOUR PALETTE FOR MY PIECE. CAN YOU DO THIS?
Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. Whether you have room with a particular colour scheme, a favourite colour, a themed event, we are delighted to help Please email directly at studio@seenbysinead.com or call 020 103 93 10 to discuss your requirements. There is an additional charge for this which is based on your unique specifications.
DO YOU MAKE OTHER SIZES
We have given careful consideration to the sizes that we offer. We only make the sizes available on our website.
HOW CAN I HANG MY RADIANT PIECE?
Radiant pieces can be free-standing or can be hung on the wall. When freestanding, they do not need a support. If you would like to hang your piece, we recommend using double sided adhesive velcro strips by 3M.
CAN I WRITE ON MY PIECES
Yes you can. For temporary messages which can be wiped off, we recommend Edding 4085. This is a water based chalk marker which is opaque. It can be wiped off easily with a micro fibre cloth. If you would like a more permanent message, we recommend a white Edding 780 pen. These are our recommendations based on testing.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to your product specifications. However, we may be able to make changes to the delivery information you provided. Please contact our customer services at hello@seenbysinead.com to discuss this. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your delivery information.
MY DELIVERY ADDRESS HAS CHANGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your delivery information but we may be able to change it if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer services at hello@seenbysinead.com to discuss this.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Not yet. But we are working on it.
THIS IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE WITHIN THE PACKAGE?
We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please indicate this at the cart when you place your order.
DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE OVER TIME?
We try to commit to our prices. However they are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH ANYONE?
We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party without your express consent. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We want you to love what you see. If you don’t love it, we will take it back*. You may return it to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us first before sending it back.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. *This excludes bespoke products and bulk orders of over 6 items.
In the event of the goods being damaged however, we would advise customers to contact us on hello@seenbysinead.com as soon as possible. Please see below.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your product is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and send them to hello@seenbysinead.com along with your order details. Please do not return any damaged items.
GIFTS
I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT. CAN I RETURN IT?
We offer exchanges or gift vouchers for gifts, but we do not offer refunds on gifts. If you have received a gift that you would like to exchange, you can either exchange it for another product of the same value, or for a gift voucher. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We believe every piece should have a long lifespan. They mark a special moment and can be treasured forever or they passed down and on.
