Our Pieces are made of laminated plexiglass. With quality, protection and minimal waste in mind, our pieces are presented in our signature black box which is itself a gift box. It will arrive in a sealed postage box with bubble wrap for extra protection.
All of our pieces can be cleaned with a micro-fibre cloth. Radiant pieces come with a special cleaning cloth. You can rub gently and/or use a little glass cleaner. Please make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the piece itself. Do not put the piece in water, in a dishwasher or in direct heat.
Radiant pieces can be free-standing or can be hung on the wall. When freestanding, they do not need a support. If you would like to hang your piece, we recommend using double sided adhesive velcro strips by 3M.
For temporary messages which can be wiped off, we recommend Edding 4085. This is a water based chalk marker which is opaque. It can be wiped off easily with a micro fibre cloth. If you would like a more permanent message, we recommend a white Edding 780 pen. These are our recommendations based on testing.
We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please indicate this at the cart when you place your order.
Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. Whether you have room with a particular colour scheme, a favourite colour, a themed event where larger quantities may be required, we are delighted to help. We do offer bespoke colour palettes, however, we do not offer any other sizes. Please email directly at email@example.com or call 020 103 93 10 to discuss your requirements. There is an additional charge for this which is based on your unique specifications.
SHOPPING, SHIPPING & SUSTAINABILITY
We want you to love what you see. If you don’t love it, we will take it back* for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us first before sending it back. firstname.lastname@example.org We offer exchanges or gift vouchers for gifts, but we do not offer refunds on gifts. If you have received a gift that you would like to exchange, you can either exchange it for another product of the same value, or for a gift voucher. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. *This excludes bespoke products and bulk orders of over 6 items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your product is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and send them to email@example.com along with your order details. Please do not return any damaged items.
